Consultant Urologist and Andrologist at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, where he is Clinical Lead for Male Infertility, and Honorary Associate Professor at UCL. His work centres on men’s sexual and reproductive health and genital cancer.

Mr Pang graduated from the University of Glasgow in 2009, after an intercalated BSc in Immunobiology at King’s College London. He completed an NIHR-funded Academic Clinical Fellowship, an MSc in Clinical Research with Distinction and a PhD in prostate cancer epigenetics at the University of Sheffield, funded by The Urology Foundation and the Royal College of Surgeons.
He completed specialist urology training in Yorkshire and the Humber in 2022, followed by a one-year fellowship in andrology at University College London Hospitals and an observership in robotic surgery at ORSI Academy in Belgium. From 2023 to 2024 he was Clinical Assistant Professor of Urology at The University of Hong Kong.
Since January 2025 he has been a Consultant Urologist and Andrologist at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, and in January 2026 he became Clinical Lead for Male Infertility. He is an Honorary Associate Professor at UCL, a Senior Associate for the European Association of Urology Guidelines and sits on the editorial board of BMC Urology.
