Some conditions can be treated as an outpatient, without an operation or a general anaesthetic. Mr Pang will explain whether a treatment is suitable for you, what the evidence shows and what it costs.
Not every treatment suits every man, and for some of these the evidence is still developing. Treatments are offered after a consultation, never as a package.
Raised PSA or prostate symptoms
A clear prostate pathway, without the wait.
A raised PSA can have several causes, not only cancer. A structured assessment gives you answers quickly, and a plan either way.
01
Consultation and examination
PSA history, symptoms and a careful examination.
02
MRI scan
A prostate MRI, reported by specialist radiologists.
Choose a clinic or a video appointment. Self-pay patients do not need a GP referral.
Step 2
An unhurried consultation
Around 30 to 45 minutes. A chaperone is always offered, and partners are welcome.
Step 3
Tests, often the same day
Blood tests, semen analysis or ultrasound arranged quickly.
Step 4
A clear written plan
A summary letter for you, and for your GP only with your consent.
Author, editor, educator
Textbooks that train the next generation of urologists.
Mr Pang has edited three textbooks, written 20 chapters and contributes to the European Association of Urology Guidelines, which shape urology practice across Europe.

Not if you are paying for yourself. Insurers usually ask for a GP or specialist referral before they authorise treatment, so check with your insurer first.
